During Time or Expense entries, appropriate UTBMS codes may be selected from drop-down boxes. Alternatively, custom UTBMS codes (or any other codes) may be entered. Entry of these codes is optional. If a client does not require you to report appropriate activity/task codes, you may skip entering these codes for all cases (projects) of the client. If entered, UTBMS codes are displayed on PDF invoices.
