CaseFox integrates with Dropbox and Google Docs for storing case documents. Documents can be uploaded directly from CaseFox to Dropbox and Google Docs (Google Docs integration has a few exceptions). When in case screen, click on Documents tab and view/upload case related documents. CaseFox automatically creates a dedicated folder for each case in CaseFox. The folder is created when the first document is uploaded. Documents can also be uploaded directly to these folders using Dropbox or Google Docs desktop clients or their respective Web interfaces. These documents will automatically displayed (and can be downloaded from CaseFox interface) in CaseFox (under Documents tab).
Even though CaseFox does not offer email integration, emails can be saved in case specific document folders in Google Docs or Dropbox. Like other documents, these files containing emails will be displayed in Documents tab.
