Deleting Trust Account Entries

Consider trust transaction listing in CaseFox a  replication of the bank transactions in the corresponding bank account.  We recommend that you add or withdraw funds from CaseFox trust accounts after you have already made such transactions in the real bank account.  The idea is that you should keep the trust account bookkeeping in CaseFox in sync with your real trust bank account.


By default, delete functionality has been disabled for trust accounts and trust fund transactions. You may enable trust delete feature by going to "Settings/Tools/Reports" -> "Invoice/General Settings", then find the check box "Enable Deleting Trust Fund Entries". To delete a trust account, delete all trust fund transactions in the account first. The option for deleting the account will automatically appear when there are no more transactions in the account.
