Abbreviations / Text shortcuts

CaseFox offers custom abbreviations that can be used to speed up entering time and expense. Routinely used sentences can be saved and reused using a shortcut key.  For example, a user can save an abbreviation "TCWC" = 'Telephone conversation with client' by going to "Settings/Tools/Reports" -> "Abbreviations" and then in a new time entry, can type "TCWC. Explained the process" in "Service Performed" box. When "Save" button is clicked, the system will automatically replace "TCTW" by it's saved description.  Hence, in the above example, the entered text "TCWC. Explained the process" is saved as "Telephone Conversation with client. Explained the process".

his feature is not available in the "Edit Note" functionality.
