How to Write an Effective AI Query

Instead of a short command, try providing a detailed prompt that includes:

  • Document Type: What are you drafting?
  • Key Parties & Facts: Who is involved and what are the crucial details?
  • Jurisdiction & Governing Law: State, federal, country?
  • Desired Tone & Specific Clauses: Aggressive, neutral, boilerplate, or custom?
  • Analyzing Documents: Upload the document and ask questions such as "find deficiencies", "summarize testimony of XYZ", "draft request for admissions based on this complaint/answer".  A comprehensive document analysis example is provided below
