How do I create a new intake form?
1. Go to the Settings section.
2. Under Lead & Contact Settings, click on Intake Forms.
3. Click the Add Intake Form button in the top-right corner.
4. A form will open. Enter the Form Title (e.g., Client Intake, Contact Intake) and add the desired fields (such as Name, Phone, Email, etc.).
5. Click Save to create your new intake form, then copy the form link.
