How do I search for a document?
Go to the Documents tab.
Click the Search bar on the right side.
Type the document name.
The matching files will appear.

How to share documents with the client
Open MatterSuite and go to the Documents section. Click Files Only and choose the document you want to share. Click the three dots next to the file and select Share. Pick your client from the list and click Save.
Where can I find documents that others have shared with me?
Go to the Documents tab. Click Shared With Me at the top. You will see all shared documents.
