How To Archive and Re-open a Client

To archive, a client, in the "Clients" tab, select the client in the left side panel, click on "Client Details/Edit", Check the "Close/Archive" checkbox, and Save. The archived client will not appear in the left side client list and also archived client's cases do not appear under the "Cases" tab.

To Re-open an archived client, click on the "Clients" tab, in the search box, enter the name (or a few letters contained in the case name) of the case, select the case in the left side panel, click on "Client Details/Edit", uncheck the "Close/Archive" checkbox and Save.
