How to assign a case to a communication entry?

You can easily mark call status as returned in CaseFox; by following the few steps mentioned below:

Login -> Communication -> Assign case

1. Log in to CaseFox.
2. In the navigation bar, go to the "Communication" tab.
3. Click on the communication log you want to assign to a case.
4. In the lower-left section, find the drop-down menu and select the case you want to assign the communication log to.
5. Click the "Assign Case" button to complete the assignment.
