How to check records for archived calls?

You can easily export call records in CaseFox; by following the few steps mentioned below

Login -> Communication -> Archived Calls Tab

1. Login to CaseFox
2. Navigate to the "Communication" tab located on the navigation bar.
3. Go to the "Archived Message" tab to see all the archived calls.
Select Communication from the sidebar.
4. Towards the right in the sub-tab "archived message".
5. You will find all archive calls there.
