How to create a case category?

Login -> Settings -> Manage -> Case Category -> Add Case Category

1. Log in to CaseFox.
2. In the navigation bar, click on the "Settings" tab.
3. From the list (left side), select "Manage."
4. Under Manage, click on the "Case Category" option.
5. Towards the top right, click on the "Add Case Category" button.
6. Give the case category name, and then click on the "Save" button.
