How to Create a Tag to Organize Data

Login -> Dashboard -> Settings -> Manage -> Tags -> Add Tags

1. Login to CaseFox.
2. Go to the dashboard, to the left corner you will find the sidebar.
3. Select settings from the sidebar and go to manage.
4. Under manage, you will find tags.
5. Go to tags, you will be prompted to a new window.
6. To create a new tag click on the icon situated towards the top right “add tag”
7. Fill in the details and click on save.
