How to create an event type?

Login -> Dashboard -> Settings -> Manage -> Event Types -> Add Event 1. Login to CaseFox. 2. Go to the dashboard, to the left corner you will find the sidebar. 3. Select settings from the sidebar and go to manage. 4. Under manage, you will find the event types 5. Go to event types, you will be prompted to a new window. 6. To add a new event type click on the icon situated towards the top right. 7. Fill in the details and click on save.
