How to create custom field groups?


1. Log in to CaseFox.
2. Navigate to the "Settings" tab on the navigation bar.
3. Select "General" from the right sidebar.
4. Click on "Manage Field Groups."
5. Click the "+ Add Field Group" button at the top right.
6. Fill out the details in the form that appears and click "Save."
7. Assign a Group Name and click the "Save" button.
8. After saving, click on the Field Group Name you just created.
9. Click the "+ Add Field" button at the top right.
10. Enter the Field Name and select the Field Type, then click "Save."
