How to create custom field groups?
Login -> Dashboard -> Settings-> General -> Manage field Groups -> Add Field Group -> Details -> Save
1. Login to CaseFox.
2. Go to the dashboard, to the left corner you will find the sidebar.
3. From there select settings and choose the subhead “General”.
4. Click on custom field groups, to create a new custom field, click on the button situated towards the right top.
5. A form will open, fill in the details in that and click on save.
