How to customize the intake form?

1. Log in to CaseFox.
2. In the navigation bar, click on the "Settings" tab.
3. From the list (left side), select "Manage".
4. Under Manage, click on the "Intake Form" option.
5. After clicking on the intake form, you will be redirected to a new window.
6. Customize the form according to your needs, and click on "Save".
