Login -> Settings -> Manage -> Tags -> Deactivate
1. Login to CaseFox.
2. Select the "Settings" tab present on the navigation bar.
3. Then select the "Manage" option present on the left side.
4. Under Manage, you will find "Tags".
5. Go to "Tags", and you will be prompted to a new window.
6. To deactivate a tag click on the toggle situated beside the particular tag name.
