How to delete call records?

You can easily export call records in CaseFox; by following the few steps mentioned below

Login -> Communication -> Archived Message Tab -> Delete

1. Log in to CaseFox.
2. In the navigation bar, go to the "Communication" tab.
3. Select the "Archived Messages" sub-tab.
4. You will find all archived call logs listed there.
5. To delete a specific call log, scroll to the right of the log, and click the delete icon.
6. Confirm the deletion by pressing "OK."
