You can easily delete an intake form by following the few quick steps mentioned below with CaseFox:
1. Log in to CaseFox.
2. In the navigation bar, click on the "Leads" tab.
3. Hover over the desired client intake form, at the right side locate the delete icon.
4. Click on the delete icon to remove the selected intake form.
5. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
