How to Disable User/Staff?

1. Log in to CaseFox.

2. Go to "Settings" tab.

3. On the left sidebar, click on "Organization".

4. Select "Users" option.

5. Choose the user you want to deactivate. The user dashboard will open.

6. Go to the Info tab, and deselect the Active toggle to deactivate the user.
