How to export call records for non returned calls?

You can easily export call records in CaseFox; by following the few steps mentioned below:

Login -> Communication -> Export

1. Log in to CaseFox.
2. In the navigation bar, go to the "Communication" tab.
3. In the top right corner, click on the "Export" button.
4. Select the desired period and staff. Mark the checkbox "Do Not Include Returned Calls."
5. Click on the "Export" button.
