How to import contacts?
Login -> Dashboard -> Settings -> Import/Export -> Clients/Contacts ->
1. Login to CaseFox.
2. Go to the dashboard, to the left corner you will find the sidebar.
3. Select settings from the sidebar and go to import/export.
4. Click on contacts/clients, you will be promoted to a new window.
5. You will be provided with various options, move forward with the ones needed, and import contacts accordingly.
