How to Import Data into CaseFox

Objective

The main aim of this article is to help you in importing data into CaseFox.

Overview

 

Clients/Contacts List

 

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select Import Clients/Contacts from Import/Export.

  3. From the Dropdown, select where you want to import your list from.

  4. Click Import.

 

Case List 

 

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Select Import Case List from Import/Export.

  3. Drag or Browse to Upload/Import.

 

Time/Expense Entries

 

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select Import Time Entries from Import/Export.

  3. Drag or Browse to Upload/Import.

 

Note: If your list is in CSV or XLS format, please open it in Excel and Save As into XLSX.
