How to mark a call returned?

You can easily mark call status as returned in CaseFox; by following the few steps mentioned below:

Login -> Communication -> Call Returned

1. Log in to CaseFox.
2. Go to the "Communication" tab in the navigation bar.
3. Select the desired call you want to mark as returned.
4. On the right, you will find a checkbox. Check it to mark the call as returned.
