Login -> Dashboard -> Settings-> Organisation -> Users -> Staff Name -> Update 1. Login to CaseFox. 2. Go to the dashboard, to the left corner you will find the sidebar. 3. From there select settings and choose the subhead “organization”. 4. Under the organization choose users, a new window will open. 5. Click on the user to update details, towards the top right click on the edit icon. 6. Make the necessary changes and click on save.
