How to use Invoice Templates?
Two templates are provided for PDF invoices. Default templates are configurable via Invoice Settings and provide greater details. A simplistic invoice template is also provided.
1. To use the simplistic template, click on Settings -> Invoices -> Invoice preferences -> Print and Formatting Settings.
2. Select the "Use Simple PDF Invoice Template" checkbox and click on the update button.
3. Under the Edit Firm's Info option, enter the telephone number. Telephone numbers will be displayed under your firm's information on the simplistic invoices.
