Invoice in Local Language/ Translation : Create Invoices in Client's Preferred Language

CaseFox offers automatic translations for the default PDF invoices.  Under Client information, select "Invoice Language" in the dropdown.  The system will automatically translate PDF invoices for the client according to the selected language.  Please contact us if a desired language is not in the dropdown list.

Under Settings/Tools/Reports -> Invoice Field Translations, you may enter translations of invoice fields to generate invoices in your own language.  Your time entries are printed on invoices as they were entered, hence, no further translation is needed. At present translations only apply to simple PDF invoice format.  Visit Settings/Tools/Reports -> Invoice/General settings to select simple PDF invoice format. Note: Dates and numbers are not translated.

Note:  In some languages, translations are much longer than default English terms.  If your translation is longer than the default English term, the invoice may be deformed.  Therefore, you should limit that translated terms to approximately same width as the default English text
