Secure Communication With Clients
Your clients may use Client Online Portal for viewing their bills and previous payments. Clients may also pay bills online. In addition, you and your clients may communicate securely via Client Online Portal. You may view messages by navigating to the Clients tab, click on the Messages tab on the right side panel. You may initiate a new message or respond to the client's messages (or vice versa). Client will be notified via email when you enter (or reply to) a message. However, message text is not transmitted via email. Similarly, you will be notified via email when the client enters a new message. You will need to login to your CaseFox account to view messages and the client will use Client Online Portal for viewing/sending messages. You may delete any message but client cannot not.
