Xero Tracking Categories

CaseFox provides an extended integration with Xero Accounting in which each invoice line item is tagged with timekeeper's name as Xero tracking category in addition to account code, tax code etc. Having a tracking by timekeeper enables CaseFox user firms to track revenue by staff in Xero. Xero provides a pre-configured report by account and tracking category. As a side note, CaseFox also provide extensive reporting including revenue per Staff. However, having timekeeper name tagged as tracking category enables users who use CaseFox for timekeeping and Xero for accounting.
NOTE: Xero allows only two active Tracking Categories. In order for CaseFox to add a timekeeper tracking category, please ensure that in your Xero company there are one or no active tracking categories.
