I am not able to login

If you have an account with CaseFox, on the login page, click on "Forgot Password" link and enter your email.  If the system displays the message that the email was not found, you may have entered the email incorrectly or the entered email is not registered with us.  Please try another email.  If the entered email is found, you will receive a password reset email within a minute. 

If you are a part of a firm and unable to login, it is possible your firm's CaseFox administrator may have disabled your user. Please check with the administrator.

Please send us an email with subject line "Login issues" to service@casefox.com, If you have forgotten how you entered your email address.
