CaseFox can automatically create/update/delete events in your Office 365/Outlook calendar when create/update/delete event operations are performed in CaseFox.

To link your Office365 account, after login to your CaseFox account, please click on the Settings/Tools/Reports, then select Office365/Outlook Link option in the right side menu bar.   

After events are created in CaseFox and synced to Office365/Outlook,  events can be edited in Outlook.  Updates are automatically sent to CaseFox from Office365/Outlook.  You may also select a default event sync case name in the dropdown.  When a new event is created in Office365,  the same event will also be automatically and transparently created and placed in the selected case.
