Wrong amount or no amount in "Total Cost" box

While entering time, after entering Hr/Min (or Tenth Hours), no amount is shown in "Total Cost" box. Please check that global hourly rates are set for all timekeepers (Staff). To set global hourly rates, click on "Staff" tab, select the timekeeper (staff) -> "View Staff/Edit".
If a wrong amount is being shown in the Total Cost box, please Staff's global hourly rates and then check Staff's hourly rates in "Grant Access/Set Hourly Rates" tab.
