1. The session may have timed out. Please log out and login again.
2. If you are trying to generate an invoice and experiencing issues, click on "Clients" tab, select the client for which you are generating the invoice, click on "View Details/Edit" and check if all required information is filled in. Even if all information is filled in, please click on "Save" button.
3. Try creating the invoice again.
4. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact us. A screen shot will help us, if you are able to take it. Please write the steps to help us recreate the issue (including which client and case was being acted upon).
